BOOTING ISSUE

I AM TRYING TO INSTALL A BRAND NEW INTEL S5520SC WORKSTATION BUT THE BOOTING PROCESS IS NOT TAKING PLACE I AM ONLY ABLE TO SEE THE PROCESSORS LOGOS AFTER TAHT ITS NOT MOVING
