Hi, I will show you the process I went through.
The accounts I have:
Global admin
Tenant
Endpoint Group Creator
Endpoint Group User
I then created the Endpoint group together with the Intel AMT Profile (CIRA)
I then created User Groups
In this group is my client, and is added to the endpoint group
And on the kleint device, I logged into his account.
I created Agent Installation files for myself, and via cmd as Admin, I executed the command:
EMAAgent -fullinstall
I got the answer: EmaAgent installed Started EmaAgent
and finished on the page with the button Finished
I am running on a static IP address.
The client sees my server, logs in normally as Endpoint group User.
In which step did I make a mistake?

Hello KalinOne,
Greetings!
You have created the necessary accounts and groups, set up the Intel AMT Profile (CIRA), and installed the EMAAgent on the client device. The client device is on a static IP address and can see the server and log in as an Endpoint Group User.
To further analyze and assist you, please provide the following information:
- EMA version:
- OS version of the server:
- SQL version:
- Are the server and endpoint in the same location?
- Location of server (physical or virtual):
- Location of endpoints (local or remote):
- Number of endpoints to be provisioned:
- Endpoint connection type (wired or wireless):
- Is a docking station used with the endpoints?
Additionally, please share the following:
- ECT logs from the endpoints.
Intel® EMA Configuration Tool (ECT) Logs:
- Download the tool from the following link: Intel® EMA Configuration Tool
- Installation:
- Download and unzip the tool.
- Double-click the .msi file and follow the installation prompts.
- Run the Tool:
- a. Open a command prompt as an administrator (or use Windows PowerShell*).
- b. Navigate to the installation folder (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).
- c. Run the following command:
- EMAConfigTool.exe --verbose
