Can't close the Windows Command Processor window when debugging

I am using Visual Studio 2008 version 9.0.21022.8 and Intel's Fortran Compiler version 11.1.060. When I upgraded to the before the release of this current version of the compiler and tried to debug a program, the Window's Command Processor wondow that shows output and progress will not close when I finish debugging. I have to physically turn off my machine to get rid of that window. Am I doing something wrong or is this a problem with the newest two versions of the Fortran compiler? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks so much!
