Can't install Intel driver support assistant

Once Its downloaded I click on the file a window pops up and says "are you sure you want to uninstall this product". anybody heard of this?@

It seems that the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant is already installed on your system. Please go to "Add or Remove Programs" and look for Intel® Driver & Support Assistant, right-click and uninstall. Once this is done, https://downloadmirror.intel.com/24345/a08/Intel%20Driver%20and%20Support%20Assistant%20Installer.exe download the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and install it once again.
