Hello,
I have granted access to a vPro system to a security group for our level 2 support team. When they login and open the OOBconsole, they get an error message saying "No permission to query."
Any ideas what could be causing this? They have full permission to the vPro device in question.

Any ideas? I really need to get our support guys using this tool, and although I can have them use the Intel AMT DTK tools, there are some issues with them that prevent us from using thier full functionality. I am working through these issues on the Manageability Developer support forum.
