Hello, Raj_IN,
Thank you for using our products.
I believe the Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant (Intel® EMA) installation GUI got stuck. Did you open Platform Manager and review the installation process? An alternative option is opening a browser on your EMA server and accessing it with your Global admin account.
It is a new installation; rebooting the Server machine or restarting the EMA services is a good practice.
I look forward to your feedback.
Regards,

Hello Miguel,
Apologies for the delayed reply . As suggested by you, I did open the browser and found able to login using the Global admin account.
Also I could also open the Platform Manager and have attached the snapshot for your reference which shows all servers connected and services running fine.
However the same status is still observed in the EMA server Installer GUI

Hello Miguel,
Greetings...
I have observed few errors/issues as of now.
1. Does the EMA platform Manager log off due to inactivity after a specific period and can we incrase this timeout value ? I have to to activate/start the EMA Platform Manager using File/Load Solution option saved in a file with extesion ".pmsol". Have I missed any step or any further configuration required or is this is a normal behaviour of the GUI. For now I have to load the saved solution and use the " Connect to server " each time
2. I observed certificate related issues /errors as well
Am using Chrome v.117.0.5938.132 (Official Build) (64-bit) on the server hosting EMA application. I am unable to open the EMA website using the hostname of the server but able to open with IP although with some errors which I have attached here.
Plaease suggest
3. Provisioned end points are showing with status as " CIRA Not Connected"
