Hi vlushchyk,
Following up on your Remote Configuration Service issue. Please provide us more details of your current configuration and what the behavior was using the previous ME driver.
Brand name and model of the host and client pcs.
Current operating system on both sides.
How many pcs are affected by this problem?

I'm testing to implement AMT.
1. RCS running (network service) - windows 2012 on database-mode installed (Virtual Machine ) sql 2014 express
2. TLS Using ()
AD CA DHCP installed on test ifrastructure
2. client windows 10 (1803 build 17134.165)
When I run cmd on behalf of the domain administrator, the configuration is working. There are no errors. But when run on behalf of the user "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" access denied
We need to configure the configuration automatically through Group Policy
