Download the latest LAN driver.

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=943&DwnldID=19163&lang=eng

Extract the file.

Go the folder:

\PRO1000\Win32\NDIS5x

The file will be e1y5132.
