Hello Intel Community,
I am currently experiencing issues with Intel AMT and Meshcommander. I am having issues with installing the CentOS ISO via Intel AMT & Meshcommander. Also, while using MeshCommander I tend to lose connection to my AMT device whenever I reset or reboot my system. This in turn makes it difficult for me to install ISOs by resetting to the IDE-R CD . Could you please help me whenever you guys get the opportunity. Thank you for your time.

Hello ,
I am currently using MeshCommander 0.5.5
I am using an HPE GL20
In order to recreate the process I downloaded the latest version of CentOS. I tried the Minimal Install version before installing the other two options. I then opened Mesh Commander and went to the Remote Desktop Tab. I then selected Power Actions and chose the option "Reset to IDE-R" and pressed ok. After this was done I then selected the IDE-R tab. I chose the Centos Minimal ISO and told the program to take effect immediately. Shortly after the ISO began to boot and eventually fail.

Thank you for the updated information.
Could you please help us with some additional information, from a network perspective:
- how far away the target system is?
- Is it located locally or someplace else?
- If someplace else, how many hops away is it?
- What is the latency?
Also, we might need to contact you, when and at what time will best to contact you.
Thank you for your time and patience.

Hello Henry,
The system is very close to me. In terms of latency , I am usually only 5-10 seconds behind the system. I am free Monday - Friday from 9-5 Central State Time. I would prefer that we talk at around 1:00 pm CST. However, I can be flexible if need be.

Hello Sidney06,
I've double checked and I not too familiar with Meshcommander, but on their page, they have been several upgrades, their latest version is 0.6.4 and one of them is related to problems reconnecting to KVM, which could also be related to your IDE-R CD disconnecting.
I will recommend upgrading to the latest version:

If there is anything else we can help please feel free to ask.

My customer has experienced the same issues with CentOS on the latest version of MeshCommander. If possible could you forward this question to a represenative that is familiar with MeshCommander so that we could get this issue solved ?
Also , we have gotten a prompt to upgrade the firmware on our Intel AMT device. After clicking the prompt it brings us to this page :

The required firmware that we need is not available. Could you please provide me with this firmware ?
