Intel AMT - "LAN Driver" is Disabled, Network Never Links

Hello,

I have followed the steps for what I think will enable AMT on one of our Windows 10 systems. I used the manual procedure and set everything up through the BIOS and set the Network State to Active. Within the "Intel Management and Security Status" utility, I see that the Management Engine is configured. However, when I click on "Network Information", it shows that the link is down. I can access the configuration locally using http://localhost:16992 in a browser and can also connect locally using the Intel Manageability Commander. Things appear to be mostly configured with the exception of being able to access it remotely. (Also, the remote control and serial-over-LAN are not working, but I'm guessing it is due to the network being down or maybe those don't work locally.)

I'm fairly confident I have the correct NIC connected; the machine has 8 but only one I225-LM, which is the one being used. I'm also using the NIC, management engine, and SOL port drivers that were provided by the manufacturer (OnLogic). When I click on "Extended System Details..." in the security status app, the following is shown:
LAN DeviceID - NA
LAN Driver - Disabled

That seems like it's most likely the issue, but I don't know where to enable the LAN driver for AMT. I have also tried changing a few settings in the BIOS with no luck. Double checked that Network State is set to Active. No luck.

Unfortunately, after performing a BIOS update, the system no longer boots. Working on that now, but I'm hoping that might contain a fix.

Any ideas of what is causing the LAN driver to show as disabled?

Help is much appreciated!

Got the system back after the BIOS update. There was an issue with the RAID driver. Not entirely sure, but we reinstalled Windows clean.

It probably was not the BIOS but rather getting all Intel drivers back to a clean state (there might have been some generic ones still remaining...), AMT began showing that the network is up.

Found the right tools to work with remotely controlling the system. Looks like a number of ports have been deprecated for remote and only work locally.
