Please tell me the version of the SCS server you are using.
Plase use the AMTdiagnostic tool and attach the file to this ticket.
Observing the screen capture it shows "configuration Update in progress" and the client FQDN states mailto:Soni_test2@personaltouch.com Soni_test2@personaltouch.com - what did you change "Soni_test2" or @personaltouch.com??

Have you tried using the Activator tool (included int the SCS ditribution)? You can change the FQDN of an AMT Client by running the Activator Tool from the the client machine as a local administrator using the following parameters:
activator /s http[s]:///amtscs_rcfg /f /c
/f changes the FQDN in scs and updates the AMT to the FQDN of the client OS
/c displays the activator log to the console
You can find the details in the "Intel_vPro_Technology_Activator_Guide" in the SCS ditribution.
