Hello RaBa,
To help us analyze and verify the hardware configuration of the HP 400 Mini Pro G9 system you mentioned, please share the Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) logs with us. We can check the processor and NIC details, which will help us assist you further.
You can follow the steps in the article below to generate the SSU logs on a Windows* system:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057926/memory-and-storage.html
Once you’ve collected the logs, kindly share them with us for further analysis.

Hello Raba,
I’ve reviewed the specifications of the HP Pro Mini 400 G9 Desktop PC, and I can see that the system is equipped with a 13th Gen Intel® Core™ processor. If the system is Intel® vPro® enabled, these CPUs typically support Intel® AMT version 16 or higher. Can you please share the Intel® EMA Configuration Tool (ECT) Logs to gather detailed system information.
Intel® EMA Configuration Tool (ECT) Logs:
- Download the tool from the following link: Intel® EMA Configuration Tool
- Installation:
- Download and unzip the tool.
- Double-click the .msi file and follow the installation prompts.
- Run the Tool:
- a. Open a command prompt as an administrator (or use Windows PowerShell*).
- b. Navigate to the installation folder (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).
- c. Run the following command:
- EMAConfigTool.exe --verbose
If your system is indeed vPro-enabled, KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) remote control is supported via Intel® AMT. To manage such endpoints, you’ll need a management solution like Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant (EMA). You can download the latest version (v1.14.3.0) and access the installation guide using the links below:
Alternatively, third-party tools such as Mesh Commander can also be used for AMT-based management.
If AMT is enabled, you can try accessing the endpoint via the AMT WebUI. Here’s a simplified process:
- Ensure the endpoint is connected via a wired Ethernet connection (recommended for stability).
- From another device on the same network, open a browser and enter the IP address of the endpoint followed by port 16993 (e.g., http://<endpoint-ip>:16993).
- Log in using the AMT credentials (default or configured).
- From the WebUI, you can view system information, power controls, and remote KVM (if supported).
For more advanced integration or automation, Intel also provides an AMT SDK, which you can explore here:
Intel® AMT SDK - https://software.intel.com/sites/manageability/AMT_Implementation_and_Reference_Guide/default.htm
Lastly, could you please let us know how many endpoints you are planning to provision. This will help us to further support accordingly.
Regards,
Suneesh S
