Keyboard no

I'm assuming things aren't quite working correctly for me...currently I can't seem to use my keyboard through VNC to remotely control a laptop through vPro. However, this problem only happens pre-Windows booting, once Windows has started it works fine. This is a bit of a problem as it means I can't tell the remote PC to boot into Safe Mode, which was one of the main reasons for configuring vPro.
