Looking for a current Document on how to configure a Small PC Network AMT/KVM . The one I found was published in 2010 and does not work.

Additionally, can you please share with us more information about your system configuration? i.e. System model, AMT version, processor, etc.

 

Also, please let us know when exactly are you getting the error message and please share what does the error message says.

I attempted to install the a small PC Network using the instructions sent to me but is failed to create the bootable flash drive. The Active Manager wizard was installed on a server and the flash drive was created by that application. We need this to work as we have an Imaging and Packaging testing lab for several International clients and would like to use this replacing IP/KVMs that require expensive connectors and do not work on all laptops or desktops. We use these units to give remote access to off shore imagers and packagers, I used Flash drives that were under 2 GB. I followed the Video installing Active Management.

Can you please let us know how many systems are you trying to install AMT?

 

Additionally, can you please share with us more information about your system configuration? i.e. System model, AMT version, processor, etc.

 

Also, please let us know when exactly are you getting the error message, and please share what does the error message says. If possible please provide us a screenshot of the error message.

We have several clients that have up to 40 PCs. They are all on an isolated vLan for each client with a server on the data floor connected to the client vLan. I am working from home for three weeks and cannot start the user’s guide in the Testing Lab until that passes. We are observing Corona Viral protocols so my co-worker is in the lab for these three weeks. I will start the User’s Guide, Page 85 when I go back to the Lab.
