My AMT 6.0 Mobile developement platform can't be started.

I have an Intel internal develop platform (AMT 6.0 Mobile) ,I can't start it now, when I power up my amt device, the light displayed the number of "0018" or "0063" or "004f" in turn, the keyboard light also don't light, I want to know why my device can't be started, thx so much.
