My Intel internal vPro 6.0 mobile can't be startuped.

I have an intel internal vPro 6.0 mobile develop platform ,I can't startup it now, after I power on the device,the display is always black,don't display any information, the LED light front the Chassis displayed the number of "0018" or "0063' or "004F" in turn, the keyboard also didn't light, if anyone know the reason ,please tell me ,thank very much.
