No local Connection Possible?! (Outpost / Commander v0.45)

Hi, this night i tried a little with amt, all worked fine.

but not the outpost feature incl. the serial agent features.

i read that commander could work with 0.45 also local, but it also doesn't

i can remote control, watch the web ui and SOL works also.

Outpost was the last part i wanted to try but as you can see it won't works.

the Password: P@ssw0rd is right.
