Hi,
I have a problem. I've only used one tenant before, and it has Active Directory accounts and roles assigned to it. The problem is that I created a second tenant to separate some computers and have them in a separate organization. However, when I try to create a user in the second tenant that's the same as in the first tenant, I get a message that the same user already exists. I'd like the same user to be able to see both tenants, rather than having to use two different Active Directory accounts. How can I fix this? Please advise.
Regards.

Hi Diveyt,
We would like to inform you that only Global Admin can manage both Tenants. If you want to separate the endpoints (all belong to the same company) Then you may have to create separate Endpoint Groups where you can use the same AD group users.
Thanks & Regards
