Hi MartinHol,
Thank you for posting in the Intel Community and for reaching out regarding the provisioning issue you've encountered with Intel EMA.
Upon reviewing your server’s event logs, we noticed multiple entries indicating a failure during the PKI provisioning stage. Additionally, based on the screenshot you shared, we observed that the OID of your certificate matches the AMT OID, which is a positive sign.
We also noted that you're using a Sectigo certificate. To assist you further, please confirm whether the AMT versions across all your endpoints are consistent or if they vary (e.g., versions 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, etc.).
Your confirmation will help us narrow down the issue and provide more targeted guidance.
Best regards,

Hi MartinHol,
Thank you for the confirmation.
Could you please run the following command using the rpc-go tool on your endpoint and share the output with us? This will help us identify the AMT version, BIOS, and ME driver details.
Steps:
1. Download the tool: The software would be rpc-go v2.47.3
2. Release v2.47.3 · device-management-toolkit/rpc-go · GitHub
You may have to download the Windows x64 RPC Executable.
3. Open Command Prompt or PowerShell as Administrator
4. Navigate to the folder where the tool is located
5. Run the following command:
6. .\rpc_windows_x64.exe amtinfo
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Vijay N
