we have a 3rd party management system which uses certs for zero touch provisioning. This works mostly, but if it doesnt there is a real lack of troubleshooting information on what happened.
Can anyone advise if logs are kept anywhere on the client from an Intel point of view around reasons for provisioning failures ? or what is the best troubleshooting process ?

Hello jnachos,
I am really sorry for the inconvenience you are encountering with Zero Touch Provisioning.
First, is this application from Intel? This because I am unable to find information.
Second, could you please provide me with the Hardware specification use.
With this information, I will be able to gather the proper information to help you.
If there is anything else we can help please feel free to ask.
Best regards,
Henry A.
