I've configured a lot of dell desktop and laptop with vpro, manual provisioning, with this step: set bios password, enable VPRO, logon to MEBX menu in bios, setup a password, setup the network paramenter (pc name, domain name) and enable network access.
Today I have a new pc with Intel core ultra 7 165U. I've done the same initial step, but when I enter to the MEBX menu there is only few option to enable, disable or change password. All the traditional field to setup network access are missing.
Why?
How can I do the provisioning?
Thank you

Hello Alexbe,
Greetings!
Could you please confirm what tool you are using to manage the system?
Additionally, could you please run the ECT tool on the Intel Core Ultra 7 165U and share the ECT logs with us?
ECT Logs:
1. Intel® EMA Configuration Tool (ECT)
Installation:
Download and unzip the tool.
Double-click the .msi file and follow the prompts.
Run:
a-Open a command prompt as administrator (alternatively, you can run the tool from Windows PowerShell*).
b-Navigate to the installation folder (default C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).
c-Run the command: EMAConfigTool.exe --verbose
Thank you for your cooperation.
Regards,
Vijay N.

Hello Alexbe,
Greetings!
Thank you for sharing the ECT logs. As we see you are using a Dell Latitude 5550, please refer to the attached Latitude 5550 Owner's Manual for Intel AMT capability on page number 158 and follow the steps mentioned.
You can find the manual here: Latitude 5550 Owner's Manual.
Latitude 5550 Owner's Manual (dell.com)

Vijay N.

Thank you but the user guide does not report any usefull information, I've already set the bios password, amt password and enable "advanced setup" but it does not shows all the required filed. DO you confirm me that manual provisioning should be still available?

Hi Alexebe
Did you ever get a resolution to this problem?
I am having the same problem, up until now i would manual provision a machine from within MEBx. These were Optiplex 7000 series machines.
I have recently bought some Dell Pro Micro Plus with Ultra 5 245T. With Intel vPro Enterprise. I am also not seeing the extra options in the MEBX menus to provision.

Hi Alexbe,
Thank you for your response. I understand that the user guide didn't provide the information you were looking for, despite having set the BIOS password, AMT password, and enabling "Advanced Setup."
To ensure we address this effectively, I recommend reaching out directly to the Dell support team. They will be able to provide you with more specific guidance on manual provisioning and help troubleshoot any issues you might be encountering with the BIOS configuration.
If you need any further assistance or have additional questions, please feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Vijay N.
