popup warning when degraded

are there any tips to get a warning pop-up on the desktop when the raid is degraded , and on regulary base ( daily or hour) what i tried is use the event to trigger when the event was launched, but the problem is , this is only be done once.. and i want to have a popup every time untill they customer have fixed the problem , ( there is no connection with a mailserver allowed!)

are there any tips for this?
