vPro and SBA cause slow POST ?

I got motherboard which takes roughly 30 seconds to reach POST screen (or UEFI screen if I keep pressing Del button). Manufacturer tech support replied that it is Intel vPro and Intel SBA makes board so slow to power-up, and this is perfectly normal. Is it?

How to avoid this delay? Enabling / disabling AMT and Trusted Computing does not make any difference.
