wish to experiment with AMT and TPM enabled

I have a Dell optiplex 755 with a vPro processor. I would like to experiment with the platform using the Intel AMT toolset. I wish to experiment with TPM. Besides the tboot Linux project in sourceforge is their a similar project or recipe for putting together all the basic components for using TPM so I can experiment and learn?

I'm not familiar with the tboot project you spoke of. If you could narrow your query it would help. Are you looking for a TPM SDK or an example implementation?
