無法升級 Intel®驅動程式 & 支援助理（Intel® DSA）

今天程式要我更新它，結果他把自己刪掉後就結束了，所以我去官網重新下載結果它就顯示 ​ "確定要移除此程式嗎?"。

如果用舊版的檔案去安裝，它會告訴我有一個更新的版本已經安裝了。

我已經用盡全力把它刪掉了，也使用官網提供的​ "DSAUninstaller.exe" 刪除過 重開機了。

可是我重新安裝的時候還是一樣的結果。​

Thank you for posting in the Intel Community.

Please try the following steps:

1-   Please go into Windows® settings> app and features and uninstall Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) and Intel® computing improvement program,

2-   Go to C:\ProgramData\Intel and deleted the DSA folder (you might have to select the option show hidden files).

3-   Now uninstall the existing Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) tool in the system using the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant Uninstaller (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29376/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant-Uninstaller)

4-   Download and install the latest Intel® DSA version (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/128824/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant-Intel-DSA-)
