Thank you Daisy,

This is the original adapter came preinstalled with my Dell 7586 (inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1). The problem persisted for more than two months. I have tried almost everything in my power

  1. reset to factory default from Bios
  2. reset to Bios default
  3. uninstalled the device and reinstalled it (the blue tooth works fine but the wifi doesnot)
  4. updated my windows several time

Please find the attached ssu log .

Hello MHail1,

We have not heard back from you, so we will close this inquiry, however, based on the information and the system behavior the best thing to do is contact the laptop manufacturer so they can perform a physical inspection to rule out any hardware malfunction of the wireless card, or the antennas.

If you need further assistance, please post a new question.

Thank you for contacting Intel.

Regards,
