D400 interposer connector

What are the connectors on the interposer between the D4 processing board and the D430 camera/IR module? I need a custom form factor, so a BOM would be really helpful.

Pages 41 to 46 of the data sheet document for the 400 Series cameras covers the interposer details and connector part numbers. Page 74-75 covers the USB connector.
