This is going to be long, but I really want an answer, so please give me one as soon as possible.

I am sorry if such problem has been posted before.

I use Windows 7 professional 64 bit with service pack 1, Intel core i5 3230M , 2.60 GHz and 4 GB ram, installed with an Intel graphics 4000 driver. Although such settings could not play HEarts of Iron IV, a game that I like,I decided to do it anyway because I can put up with a bit of lag. The first afternoon went completely normal. But then, the next day, some weird graphics corruption happened with the game. When I exited it, it turned out the whole screen was corrupted too, while still is completely usable ( I even was able to dowload bandicam and recorded this footage:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UvPb5df9NaU). I followed all solutions here:https://windowsreport.com/distorted-display-problem-windows-10/ , none worked except for roll back driver (but somehow it does not let me change the brightness, so I kept on trying). This includes: uninstall and reinstall the Intel Graphics 4000 (even with Display Driver Uninstaller), installing driver in compatible mode (the newest 5100 version doesn't work, it required me to get SP1 while I already have), using Driver Easy and Driver Talent to install and repair newest drivers, using Avast to do a full scan for virus of my computer, and finally update the computer. After updating with tons of updates the problem disappeared but a new one occur: Display driver Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered. But it's not just that. It'll repeat over and over again even when I do the slightest activity like opening Chrome. I'm serious. The only way to use the 4000 driver normally is to not open anything at all except system applications. Updating to Windows 10 does not fix anything. I have deleted the game and both driver installers. Nothing in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2665946/display-driver-stopped-responding-and-has-recovered-error-in-windows-7 works. I am now extremely confused as what to do. And before you ask, I do have proper knowledge and experience to work with the computer, and I am 100% confident all taken measures were done carefully and correctly.

This is my cousin's computer and he keeps blaming me saying that it's because I've played a game this computer could not handle. I am pretty sure this is not the only reason. Please give me a solution as fast as possible. Thank you.
