1. Clear the Internet Browser cache.
2. Uninstall the currently installed Intel DSA. There is special DSA Uninstaller. Using it gives better results than uninstalling function in Control Panel.
3. Install the latest Intel DSA: Version: 20.4.17.5 of Intel DSA .

Thanks for taking the time to answer to solve my problem ... unfortunately it didn't work for me ... I have windows 10 and I tried all browsers, my antivirus is Avast Premier. Will have a solution? or can it be my antivirus ???

Yes, it can be caused by the Antivirus. Disable it and see if the Intel DSA can connect.
