Hi,
Apologies for the delay. I had been travelling and couldn't keep myself updated. Recently I had checked the event logs from event viewer and figured out there were issues reported at the port where it was connected. I tried reinstalling the drivers manually and from device manager - this didn't seem to work.
Following that, I tried updating to the windows creators update to see if this could be an issue with something partially installed. Turns out it works now. I tested it out both from the SDK's samples and my own C++ code to take photos and the camera is working.
I'm sorry about the late update but like I said I was travelling and didn't have the camera with me as well. All of the new testing was done this morning so I'll monitor it and see if anything breaks again.
Anyway I really appreciated the support I got.
Kind regards,
RK
