Thanks for contacting the Intel RealSense community.

 

 

The hand tracking feature is in Beta version in SDK R2. What version of SDK are you using? This means that the feature does not flawlessly and there is limited support to the feature.

 

 

Here is an example on how to achieve the Skeleton tracking on SDK R1:
