Intel serverboard S1200RPS desperatly looking for BIOS update package R02.01.0002

While I can understand that when a system is outdated the vendor stops servicing it but, it's harder to figure why the vendir pulls precious files from it's repositories.

I just got this system to run some VMs and containers but I can't even install Photon OS because of an ACPI problem that needs an BIOS update.

Please, provide me a link for this package.

Hello Hejmo,

The interactive technical support for the Intel® Server Board S1200RPs you have requested has been discontinued. Due to this product being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help.

You may also find the Discontinued Products website https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/discontinued-products.html helpful to address your request.

 Thank you for understanding.

 Best regards,

Hello Sergio,

As already stated by other members, this is not a bug for which we require assistance to debug but rather that Intel still give us access to files that were once available.  Why does Intel pulls files from it's repos?

I have searched the whole internet 2 days to find package 02.01.0002 with no luck.  Intel is my only hope beeing the vendor and author of the package.

Maybe you could find a download link to my email address ?
