Realsense ZR300 3D Model or Mechanical Description

Is there a 3D model of the ZR300 Developement Kit or Mechanical Description to download?

I do not believe that a 3D model or CAD file for the ZR300 is available. They were not available for previous camera models either. The closest thing we have to that is a set of approximate general measurements of the casing of the ZR300 Developer Kit camera that was provided by Intel support member Sergio in February 2017.
