R6 refers to the '2016 R1' SDK, which it seems is not available to download any more. Please download '2016 R2' from this page.

I downloaded the installer from http://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/akdlm/irc_nas/vcp/9078/intel_rs_sdk_offline_package_10.0.26.0396.exe http://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/akdlm/irc_nas/vcp/9078/intel_rs_sdk_offline_package_10.0.26.0396.exe
And Error is attached image
My PC configuration is
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 14393) (14393.rs1_release.161220-1747)
Language: Japanese (Regional Setting: Japanese)
System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
System Model: Inspiron 3647
BIOS: A08
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4170 CPU @ 3.70GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.7GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Please help me!.
Can you tell me please which camera you are using? F200, R200 or SR300?
Your PC's processor number is a Haswell '4th generation' architecture. This is suitable for the F200 and R200 cameras, but the newer SR300 camera asks for a 6th generation Skylake processor.
I am not sure that this is the reason for the SDK's installation failure errors though. The components with the errors seem to relate to a RealSense speech recognition feature. So the camera should still be able to function without those components if the camera application does not need speech recognition.

Someone else who tried to use the Japanese language with RealSense also had problems with this feature. An Intel support staff member asked them to check that they had the Japanese language pack installed. An Intel site about RealSense said this:
"Speech support is available for US and British English, Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portugese, German, French, Japanese, and Mandarin. (Each module is available as a separate installer from the website.)"
Apparently, the language component is licensed from the speech company Nuance and they do not allow it to be distributed inside the main RealSense SDK - it has to be downloaded and installed separately. This can be done when you are installing the RealSense SDK, by specifying the optional language packs that you want to be installed.
Did you select the Japanese language pack option when downloading the SDK, tsukiji? I ran the 2016 R2 SDK installation process and found that they were at the bottom of the list of installation options if you scroll down the list.
Edit: I found some additional information about this. Due to the Nuance license terms, the installer checks if there is a valid camera plugged into the computer. If this check fails then the installation of the speech recognition components is skipped (or in other words, failed).
If you did tick the Synthesis component and the Japanese language pack, then this suggests that the installation failed when it checked if your camera was present.
Hi tsukiji_lab,
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to install the SDK on your PC. Have you already installed your F200 Camera Driver (DCM)? If you haven't, please follow this link https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-realsense-sdk/download Intel® RealSense™ SDK | Intel® Software in order to download it.

Hi,
Thank you for the advice about the installing Realsense SDK.
However I tried to do the way to the Getting Start.
I installed the R200 camera DCM and the Perceptual Computing SDK before install SDK.
I downloaded the Perceptual Computing SDK from below.
https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-perceptual-computing-sdk-installer
Ofcause, I plugged the R200 camera and the Headset into the PC before install Realsense SDK.
And the same error had occured.
What do I do next?
(Maybe try to install the previous version of SDK ?)
Sincerely,
Hi tsukiji_lab,
I'm afraid that MartyG is right, could you be so kind to install the SDK without the Perceptual Computing SDK.
Also if you are interest in older versions I think that you will find this article interesting .
We will be waiting for your results, have a nice day!
Best Regards,

Hi.
Im also having this issue.
I try to install sdk with UK English for speech recognition but it dosent install the the language for English UK, I can only use US English.
When I install SDK I have plugged my Realsense SR300 to PC.
Bellow attached the error that Im having while installing SDK.
I tried installing this component myself just now to test whether it worked for me, and got the same error. My camera is working fine. So rather than it being a problem with a check of the camera failing, as I speculated earlier in this discussion thread, it may be an issue with the filename or the location of the filename instead. I'll flag the issue up to the relevant Intel support person.
