Hello.
Realsense didn't exist in device manager when I connect it to USB 3.0.
However, if I connect it to USB 2.0, It works.
It worked just a few months ago.
Thank you.

Does the camera appear in the Device Manager if you insert it into the USB port quickly and firmly instead of inserting slowly?

Sometimes the camera will not appear in the Device Manager if Windows has enabled a privacy setting for the camera. This may happen automatically during a Windows update. You can check this setting with the following procedure:
1. Go to the Privacy Settings window. you can find this by typing 'privacy' into the text box at the bottom of your Windows screen (the one next to the button where you shut down the PC).
2. If the window says that 'Camera access for this device is off', set to On.

Thank you... but this solution has little effect.
After I do that, Realsense was found in device manager as imaging device.
So, I updated its driver, it was changed to camera.
I played Realsense viewer to check device.
Viewer notified about updating firmware so I did this.
While updating firmware, desktop lost device.
I will test it after change USB cable.
