SR300 IR and Depth Alignment

Folks,

Are the IR and Depth images in the realsense SR300 aligned? I know they both have the same resolution, but I wanted to confirm they are already aligned.

According to documentation on github, on the SR300 Depth and IR are always pixel-aligned.
