Hello,
I am software engineer in France.
I am developping augmented reality software based on intel realsense technology and R200 camera.
My software works correctly on surface pro 3 windows 8.1.
But I have issues when running it on surface pro 4 Windows 10 tablet.
The problem comes from the initialization of the scene perception module which return an error.
I tried the example of the sdk and it appears that only the 64 bits version of the scene perception example is working.
For me it is not possible to compile my application as a 64 bits application.
Is this issue known ?
Thanks for your help.
Best regards.

Hello Alberto,
Thanks to take time to redirect me.
Unfortunately I already have posted on the developper zone without any success.
Is there another way to contact intel realsense support ? Phone number maybe ?
Thanks a lot.

Hello Yohann:
Those forums will be the place to get in contact with in order to get support for Real Sense, so, if you already posted the inquiry in there, pretty soon you will get the information you need.
