I upgraded the camera firmware. Will this affect the internal and external parameters of the camera?

I would expect the intrinsics and extrinsics of the camera to remain the same. These parameters are typically changed by deliberate use of calibration software, such as the SDK's 'Dynamic Calibrator'. It is possible to accidentally alter parameters by giving the camera a physical shock such as a hard knock or a drop on the ground, requiring a calibration to correct them. Firmware changes should not affect intrinsics and extrinsics though.
