SVC support

I noticed the Dr. Jiang presentation at IDF13 mentioned both SVC (Scalable video codec) encode and decode support on Haswell.

Is this currently supported in the released versions of the IMSDK?

Intel Media SDK does not expose any SVC codec capabilities at this point.

Currently, SVC feature is not supported by MediaSDK.
