Can i transcode to HEVC with Skylake E3-1275 or E3-1585 with Community version MSS 2017 R3 or need Proffesional MSS?

We confirmed issue on our side and looking for fix, probably will be able to provide some workaround on ffmpeg side, we'll notify you when fix or wa available.

you can already try to recompile with this patch applied: https://github.com/libav/libav/commit/98afe3fb71afd4a18009924aaba56bc577bbd400.patch

or wait when it will be fully merged
