Good day,
I am desperately trying to download the Media SDK for Windows. I get stuck where I am asked to enter the product serial number, that I probably should have received by E-Mail. See the following steps:
Take note that I am logged in, just in case. Next I get this registration screen with the two options A and B to proceed:
It is not clear to me why I am required to sign in to something again, while I am already logged into the intel website with the "Developer" role. Putting that aside and proceeding with option A I get this login screen:
Re-entering my credentials for the aforementioned account will always fail. Neither asking to send me my username nor my password will send me any E-Mail. Going back to the previous screen and taking option B instead (filling out the fields and clicking "Submit"), I get this:
I am asked to enter a serial number of which I have no clue where to get it from. I expected that I should have received it via E-Mail after having submitted the previous registration screen. But I don't receive any E-Mail. The FAQ confirms that I should have received an E-Mail with the serial number:
Here I am stuck. Can somebody clear this up?
Thank you.

Hi,
Good day to you.
Apologies for the delay.
There was a recent migration happening In Intel sites which had broken the registration and download page for Intel MediaSDK for Windows.
Can you try registering and downloading it once again from the below link in a incognito/private browser window:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/media-sdk/choose-download-client.html
Do note that, Intel® Media SDK lifetime comes to an end in a form it exists right now. All future development is planned to happen within oneVPL library and its runtime implementations which are direct successors of Intel® Media SDK.
Refer:
https://github.com/Intel-Media-SDK/MediaSDK#media-sdk-support-matrix
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/onevpl.html
@PhilLiao, can you retry the same now in a incognito/private browser window.
@m20003, We have moved your post to a new thread since this thread is not related to the initial query. We will respond on that thread. The link to that thread is given below:

Hello Cristian,
though the problem isn't fixed yet, you may want to know that the Media SDK is superseded by oneVPL: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/onevpl.html#gs.rjrisp
This was my way out.

Dear sir, although the post is a bit older, I am also having this issue. I am evaluating (for learning practice) the Intel VCA board with the three Xeon v4 CPUs and iGPU. However in order to use it, the manual refers to the Media Toolkit, Community Edition. This is nowhere to be found except here where I also enter the login loop. Is there any place I can download this toolkit ? Especially the IRIS P560 driver is needed as the separate driver download is not working.

Hi,
Good day to you.
Thanks for posting in Intel Communities.
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
As @MrMicroscopy suggested, Intel® Media SDK lifetime comes to an end in a form it exists right now. All future development is planned to happen within oneVPL library and its runtime implementations which are direct successors of Intel® Media SDK.
Refer:
https://github.com/Intel-Media-SDK/MediaSDK#media-sdk-support-matrix
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/onevpl.html
Alternatively, if you still wish to download Intel® MediaSDK, kindly follow the below procedure:
1. Open a private/incognito browser window and visit the Intel® MediaSDK for Windows download page. (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/media-sdk/choose-download-client.html)
2. Click on "Register and Download"
3. Enter the details in the page including the email address and click the "Submit" button.
4. On clicking the Submit button, you will be taken to the link: https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/ page.
5. Click the "Sign In" button on the right side blue dialog box of that page.
6. You will be provided with a page that asks for Username and Password to login. There is a button "Forgot your Intel username or password?" where you will have to click on "password" to reset the account password.
7. You will be taken to a password reset page where you will have to enter the username which is the email address which you used to register and enter the captcha generated. Then click the "Submit" button.
8. Check your email to see a password reset email from Intel. Change your password using the link provided in the email.
9. Once the password is changed, visit https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/ page to login using the username(which is email address) and the password(which you set in above step)
10. After logging in, under Products List, you will be able to see Intel® MediaSDK listed. Click on it to see a download button as shown below:
Hope this helps. If this resolves your query, kindly accept it as a solution as it will help others with a similar issue. Do get back to us if you face any issues.
Thanks and Regards,

Following your instruction, I failed at receiving the password change E-mail.
I didn't receive that email even after 10 minutes.
How should I do ?
Thanks !
