Hi,

The HW acceleration path is accessed via the Media SDK DLL which is part of Intel graphics driver. A graphics driver with support for API1.7 has not yet been released, but you should expect to see it appear on https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx  very soon.

MSI support published a driver with API 1.7.
