I couldn't find a single problem with my computer during the testing period. I have been dealing with this problem for a year with many people, including me. I think there is a factory manufacturing defect in my parts. There are a lot of fps drop cycles in games. I recently tested Pubg on Steam, GPU was at 30% and CPU was at 100%. I tried it at the highest ultra settings and the situation is the same in other settings. There is a conflict between the processor and the graphics card. My usage varies widely. Could factory production be faulty? I think my processor or graphics card is faulty. It even reached 8 fps in the game and I couldn't move.

How about checking the bottleneck of your gpu and cpu. If there is no bottleneck issue then check your gou with another system. Might as well check the motherboard.
