On a 14900K, should i see 48 threads in windows Resource monitor? I updated BIOS and now i see 31 in there. Don't remember what it was before. Is there something with the P-cores and E-cores maybe?

14900K is 8 P-cores plus 16 E-cores = 24 physical cores. Hyperthreading is on the P cores only, which gives another 8 virtual cores making a total of 32 threads. Resource Monitor shows 32 CPUs (threads) numbered 0 to 31. Within this number block the E-cores are numbers 16 to 31.
