Hi.

Looking to activate TPM 2.0 for Windows 11 compatibility.

I get this message, so am reluctant to proceed.

Some advice would be helpful on what the ramifications of this are.Screenshot 2021-07-16 115605.jpg

Leave the TPM alone.   Your processor is not on the Microsoft supported list, nor is it likely to be.   So, TPM will not matter.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

Thanks for that. So no Windows 11 compatibility then. (The machine's only 3 years old!)

Back to Linux then.....:-)

Actually, the processor is a 5th gen, which is now 6 years old.
