BIOS for NUC5i3RYB

I'm looking for the most recent BIOS for the NUC5i3RYB.  I see that there's a forum thread from 3 months ago (here) where someone else was also looking for this.

However, the query was marked "solved" after a zip file was uploaded in response.  While from their profile the user responding seems legitimate, is there any official Intel download location, and perhaps with the SHA for verifying the download?  Or is the file posted in that thread just supposed to be the official, Intel-approved way of obtaining the BIOS for this model of NUC?

You either trust the packages that I have made available or not. If not, then you are stuck with the BIOS version that you have currently. I would add, however, that the intel .BIO files are compressed and encrypted, so there is little chance of anyone being able to modify it.
