BSOD on multiple devices: GenuineIntel_PCIEXPRESS_UNSUPPORTED_REQUEST_IMAGE_GenuineI

We have been seeing a ton of this error on a good chunk of our Lenovo Laptops. 
The only resolution we have found is RMA. 

Would love to get some more information on what is causing this. It's been observed dozens of times with no actual resolution. Persists through factory restore and all my usual troubleshooting.
