¿CPU overload and pc stuttering?

Hello.

Im here because amazon told me .

I bought a 6700k and im experiencing some weird issues.

Randomly the pc stutters, something that never happened before.

To see whats happenin i used a software to register all the hardware during this stutter.

So everytime the pc stutters the cpu goes crazy and gives a peak on its load.

So i conclude the cpu is the cause of the stuttering problem.

But... i dont know what to do .
