I just downloaded latest IPDT (Intel Processor Diagnostics Tool), installed it, then tried to run it. After analyzing system info it threw an unhandled exception error, then failed to launch. If I try to launch it again, it'll flash for half a second on analyzing system info, then nothing happens. On Windows 10. MS .Net Framework 4.5 already came with the OS (won't let me install anyways, says I have latest) so I highly doubt it's missing any software requirements.
Anyone know what the problem is?

WindDT: Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Processors communities.
What we can try in order to fix this problem is to re-install the Intel® PDT from scratch. Please go to control panel, look for "programs and features" and un-install the program, turn the PC off and then install it again:

Any further questions, please let me know.

I have the same problems and symptoms except that I am running Windows 7 Pro. I have un-installed and re-installed IPDT several times. What else can I try or check? Thank you!
