Use to work flawlessly here lately every time right before it finishes says it encounters an error... really strange.. i need someone with some real windows server and security know how to help me out with something... feels like someone has remote access or a root kit on my device...

this look like a normal amount of user accounts to have on a personal pc. where you've only ever made one account.. yours

Hi Dsmith6374,

Thank you for posting in our Community.

I understand your concern about the recent errors and the suspicion of unauthorized access. Given that your system previously worked flawlessly and is now encountering unexpected issues, it’s important we approach this methodically to determine whether the root cause is software-related, hardware-related, or potentially security-related. To better assist you, could you confirm the following:

  • When did you first start noticing these errors, and have there been any recent software updates, driver updates, or hardware changes around that time?
  • Can you share a screenshot or list of all user accounts currently shown in Control Panel → User Accounts → Manage another account?
  • Are you running Windows 10, Windows 11, or a Windows Server version, and is it fully updated?
  • Have you recently allowed any remote assistance sessions or installed any remote desktop/access tools?
  • Have you noticed any visible or physical damage to the processor? For instance, bent pins or signs of wear and tear
  • If you've already taken any steps to resolve this issue before reaching out, please share those details with me so I can avoid repeating any unnecessary actions.
  • Did you overclock the processor? Please note that if the system was overclocked, including voltage/frequency beyond the processor-supported specifications, your processor voids the warranty

Have a nice day!

Best regards,

Yes I posted a screen shot of all the crazy accounts listed under my computer. It's hidden some how in the control panel. But under security section of properties you can see them all. Look at the screen shot i posted. I did give some one remote access but that has been a while ago. And I supposedly formatted all my drives since then. We're definitely talking about a security issue here. Someone has had access to my computer. It's a fact not a question. Why is the question. To what end. No OC no funny stuff since updates. Who ever has access controls my updates. I did download malwarebytes. But it's like a dumb down version. Don't think it's doing anything. Cpu usage don't even scale when running whole system. No damage. Brand new. Windows 11 what it's supposed to be. But in certain settings it keeps saying I'm a host on windows server. And there's like a **bleep** ton of accounts listed. I can't change any security settings firewall settings. And if I do happen to change something well it just don't work after. Wifi etc until I restore there access. I think I answered all questions. Please Iook at attached photos

Hello Dsmith6374,

Thank you for providing the detailed information and screenshots regarding the unusual user accounts and security restrictions on your system. I understand your concern about the potential security compromise, especially given the remote access granted in the past and the difficulty in changing system and firewall settings. I will need to conduct additional research to better understand this issue and determine the most appropriate next steps. Once I have gathered more information, I will post an update in this thread. In the meantime, please avoid making any significant changes to your system configuration so that we can accurately assess the current state.

No im not saying it's your problem or it is a flaw in an intel product... but i am on an intel platform despite the people w remote control of my system constantly trying to push a amd platform down my throat. ive contacted MSI as well because it's there motherboard. eventually i will get to the bottom of it,. ive recently enrolled in cyber security classes and i will be putting a lawsuit on who ever is trying to torture me and my family emotionally physically and financially and since you in no way have tried to help me in the slightest and i have the documented emails from you intel stating as such i will be including you in my lawsuit as well..it dont matter who it is... if it was just a monitoring ok thats one thing.. im sure there is things people do to deserve to be monitored but this goes way above and beyong monitoring. like i said torture... this isn't legal and there will be consequences. Whistle blower stiff. Can you afford to be on the bad end of this right now? i would if i was you help,.. u have the abilitie to do a remote session and fix this. you sure that's what stance you wanna take. im special needs and need all the help i can get

Intel ME is the culprit I'm guessing. And Monitoring is one thing. I guess if someone has a warrant that's feasible. But the other things there doing through it is 100% not legal and 100% grounds for a civil case at the very least. But thanks for your help none the less. I'll help going up the ladder.!
